The objective of this information is to try and make it clear where you may get the best exposure for your particular business. and which registration form to complete.
We are doing this to hopefully resolve any questions prior to the day of the show. We understand there will be gray areas, and we'll be as fair as possible with our decisions. We reserve the right to adjust the guidelines for the groups as we see fit.
Below are the explanations of what the differences are between Swappers, Crafters and  Vendors. If you have any question as to where you belong, please contact us at showinfo@southerncruzers.com prior to filling out a registration form.
In some areas only ONE vendor will be allowed in, for example ONE face painter, ONE caricature artist, ONE pinstripper, etc.
The Southern Cruzers reserve the right to refuse any vendor, swapper or crafter for any reason.

 All payments are non-refundable in the event you cancel or do not show. Additional Crafter & Vendor spaces available at $25/space crafters - $20/space vendors (non-refundable)
(Additional spaces are10' x 10' for both crafters & vendors)
SO, if you are looking at this, PUT US ON YOUR CALENDAR NOW, get pre-registered, and get other crafters, swappers & vendors that you know to do the same. As you know, word of mouth is the strongest advertising.
NOTE: 2 people will be allowed in free with a 1 space registration for crafters, 3 people for those with 2 spaces & 4 for those with 3 spaces. Swappers are allowed only 2 per registration. Food Vendors are allowed 3 per wagon, and Vendors are allowed 2 per registration. Platnium & Gold sponsors and vendors that have taken a large amount of space should contact us for additional free passes. 

CRAFTERS
$25.00/10' x 10' space
Non-refundable fee
$35.00 after Aug. 5th
NO "at the gate" entries
Crafters is a pretty straight forward group. If you are normally showing your wares at a Craft Fair then you are probably in this category.
Each Crafter registration includes admission for 2 people/1 booth, 3 people/2 booths & 4 people/3 booths
Note: Only one Rep/Consultant from any one Direct Marketing Business. Ex: 1 from Creative Memories, 1 from Tastefully Simple, etc. Exception: if the first one in chooses to allow another, but there will be no more than 2 max.  If you are selling any jewelry then at least 90% of your booth must be jewelry. If you are not at least 90% jewelry then you should have NO jewelry in your booth unless it is part of your major craft (EX: If you do fused glass then you can have some fused glass jewlery).


SWAPPERS
Free space (unlimited size)
You must pay the standard $5/person coming in
Some of you swappers have "new items" that you display at swap meets. The "new" items can only be 25% of your total items displayed, or you need to register as a "Vendor". 
Pre-registration IS required if you are going into the "Vendors Area" because that area is laid out based on your size requirements, & set up in 10' x 10' spaces, and there is a $20 space fee (10 x10).
The Cruzers have the final determination as to whether you are a swapper or a vendor.
















COMMERCIAL VENDORS
All spaces are outside along the main drag by the stage
(not FOOD vendors)
$25.00/10' x 10' space
Non-refundable fee
NO "at the gate" entries
Each Vendor registration includes admission for TWO people. If you are taking a large space contact us for additional passes.
If you need a lot of space contact us for a reduced rate on the extra space.
There will be a separate area for Vendors along the main roads in between the car classes. Vendors are  those  of  you  that are selling and/or promoting new items & or services of any type, such as new auto parts, auto memorabilia, banks, restaurants, tools, real estate and/or  insurance agents or companies, manufacturers reps for product lines (auto & non-auto), auto related businesses such as detailing items, paint, upholstery, tires, rims, etc., as well as businesses such as pin stripping etc. In some cases you may be eligible to be in a craft building if you choose, depending on what you are selling.

THINK ABOUT BEING A SPONSOR!
This gives you even more exposure on the day of the Show, and you get placed on our website for a period of time based on the level of sponsorship you choose.
NOTE: all sponsors Copper Level and up receive a 10' x 10' (or larger) space included in the sponsorship fee. To become a sponsor, go to the "Sponsors Page".
