aren't sure how to use them. If you are one of these people,
there's nothing to be ashamed of, because you are in the majority. Only
a small percentage of people can do their own repair &/or construction projects. That's why we are here, for you, the

We have extensive knowledge and ability in the area of PLUMBING. When the job calls for it, we use a licensed plumber. We can install
sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, faucets, finish off that "rough-in" bath you have in your basement.....OR fix any of these
items including leaks.

ELECTRICAL got you a bit baffled,
or maybe the thought of working with electricity has you really nervous! Not to worry! We can do everything you need
to have done from something as simple as changing a hard to reach light bulb, to adding lights and or outlets where you may
decide you want one! I use a licensed electrician, when necessary. Need a ceiling fan installed,

service all types of heating and air-conditioning equipment from boilers to forced air furnaces to commercial rooftop units.
Our rates are consistent or slightly lower than industry standards! Maybe you need a new
HEATING/AIR system, for example a new furnace, air
conditioner , etc, or you want to add a humidifier, air exchanger
(HRV) or electronic filter to your existing system. Give us a call for a quote. Licensed

to have something built but don't know enough about CONSTRUCTION to do it
right. We can handle that for you as well. From a doghouse to a storage shed, we'll get it done for you. We also specialize

you need something done we can most likely handle the job. If we don't feel we can do the work you need done, we will be honest
